You can easily check this online yourself. On our website, you simply enter the desired period and you will immediately see which products are available and which are not.
👉 You do not need to call us, as you will get a complete overview online – including possible alternatives and the exact quantities that are available.
We do not provide availability over the phone: the online system is much faster and always up-to-date. Moreover, you can do this at your own pace and time, even in the evening or at the weekend.
We do not provide transport ourselves. It is best for you to choose a transport company for this.
👉 However, if you would like transport, assembly, and the set to be arranged by us in one package, our set design team can work this out with you. Please note that there is a minimum price of 5000 euros excluding VAT, which corresponds to 1 truck of 20m3 (rental, transport in Belgium, assembly and disassembly included).
We always request the payment of the rent and a deposit of the same amount at least one week before the collection date.
To avoid mistakes and ensure everything runs smoothly, we always ask to pay with a QR code or structured message.
Cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before the collection date. After that, a compensation fee of 50% applies. For cancellations within the last week, the full amount (100%) will be charged. (see terms and conditions)
Changes: changes are always possible. The same cancellation rule as above applies when reducing products.
You always place an order yourself online, at a time that suits you best.
👉 The system is very user-friendly: you can immediately see which products are available for your chosen date, how many are in stock, and what the total cost is.
We do not place orders for customers under any circumstances, but rather see this as an advantage: you maintain control and receive a complete overview immediately.
The deposit amounts to 100% of the total rental fee and is required at the time of order. This also covers any cancellation costs.
Upon the correct and timely return of the decor in good condition, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
👉 If there is any damage, we will try to repair it internally as cost-effectively as possible.
Absolutely! You are always welcome to come by our warehouse. We prefer that you see the decorations in person first, so you can verify the dimensions and the finish. This way, we avoid any discussions later on and you know exactly what you are renting.
You can easily create a quote yourself via our website. When you select products and choose a period, you will immediately see the total price. If you do not complete the order, you actually already have a quote in hand.
👉 This way, you can compile a quote at any time, at your own pace and convenience. We do not create separate quotes ourselves, as all prices are fully transparent and available online.
👉 Important: An order means that the decor is effectively reserved for you. Our cancellation policy applies (free of charge up to 1 month in advance, thereafter with cancellation fees). So if the event does not go ahead, be sure to remember to cancel in time!
We are open every working day from 9:00 to 17:00, continuously.
👉 For collecting reservations with a lorry or trailer, we kindly ask you to do this by 16:30 at the latest.

Always notify us in advance if you are delayed. This way, we can see what is possible without causing issues for other reservations or customers. If we are not notified, we reserve the right to charge an additional 20% per day for the rental.
You are welcome to transport the props yourself. We do ask that you provide properly enclosed transport, with blankets and straps. It is important that you ensure there are enough people to load everything correctly.
👉 We do not load ourselves, but we will have everything ready for you at the loading dock.
